Talent Sourcing Specialist
 
As a Talent Sourcing Specialist you’ll be part of a global People team in one of the fastest-growing startups in Israel. You’ll work closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, identify top talent and support various aspects of the recruitment process. This includes developing and executing creative strategies to source talent through creative channels, building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

You will:

Partner with the Talent Acquisition Specialists, hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and identify top talent profiles.
Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to engage with active/passive candidates and build top of funnel talent pipelines.
Leverage effective sourcing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, social networks, referrals, events and sourcing campaigns.
Track and analyze data on sourcing and conversion efforts to understand the impact of sourcing strategies and drive improvements as needed.
Coordinate and schedule interviews (video and phone) for assigned roles, working strategically around the team and candidate’s calendars.
Ensure a world class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process ensuring positive experience.
Help maintain data accuracy within our ATS (Greenhouse).

About you:

2-3+ years experience as a Talent Sourcer / Talent Acquisition Coordinator or similar.
Experience at a high-growth global tech startup company.
Excellent English and Hebrew, both verbal and written.
Experience utilizing sourcing tools and technologies (boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
Proven experience in identifying top candidates for R&D/ Product/ Analytics roles.
Experience working with Greenhouse ATS.
Passion for creating a delightful candidate experience.
Social media savvy - a bonus.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Behavioural Sciences or equivalent.
