In this role, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs. You’ll be responsible for the recruitment process End to End, working closely with hiring managers in all levels, writing job descriptions, sourcing potential candidates through online channels , conducting interviews, salary offers and meet the new employees in their first day for “On Boarding”. In addition, you will be involved in global and local projects, lead different initiatives in the department, and work closely with internal and external interfaces.
3-5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Expert or similar role.
Proven experience in technology recruitments - including Cyber recruitments
Experience in 8200 as a HR/ Recruiter – an advantage
Proven experience in social media, headhunting, Boolean search etc.
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting includes various interview techniques.
BA in Human Resources Management or another relevant field.
High-level English (reading, writing, speaking).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
