What will you be doing?

You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end hiring process. You’ll be part of designing and implementing an overall recruiting strategy. You’ll develop channels and sourcing strategies to engage talents and act as a partner in all hiring decision making.

You will:

Partner closely with hiring managers and manage end to end hiring processes.
Develop proactive candidate sourcing strategies.
Creatively source top-notch candidates via multiple sourcing channels and maintain a strong pipeline of talent.
Own an amazing candidate experience.
Manage effective recruiting processes using our ATS - Comeet .
Provide advice and consultation to managers and employees on all phases of the recruitment.
Work closely with leading recruitment agencies

Requirements:

At least 2 years experience as a recruiter/talent acquisition in a Hi-tech company.
Experienced in sourcing - must.
Ability to develop strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Proven experience in in-depth behavioral interviews
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently
Global recruiting experience - advantage
Experience with Employer branding- advantage
