Talent Acquisition Specialist
 
We are looking for an ambitious individual who is passionate about recruiting, amazing in attracting talents, prioritize simultaneous tasks and projects and has great interpersonal skills!

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be part of an extremely awesome HR team in one of the fastest-growing startups in Israel. You'll be in charge of recruiting-related aspects from A to Z and work alongside our top-notch leaders. You will spot top talents, pitch our company and vision in an intelligent and concise way, build and shape great teams both quickly and effectively, while using innovative recruiting methods.

Main Responsibilities:

In charge of the entire recruiting process from A-Z (including behavioral interviews)
Create job descriptions, role profiles, and offer packages based on the position and the team.
Source candidates from relevant networks, social, internal databases, employee referrals and passive candidates through networking and research
Conduct effective, data-driven recruiting processes while utilizing our ATS (Greenhouse)
Use metrics and KPIs to support decision making, improve business outcomes and recruit the best talents.
Work alongside managers across departments, coach and train them on recruiting-related subjects.
Lead innovative recruiting & brand initiatives to create a strong employer’s brand both external and internally.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

3+ years experience recruiting for technical roles
At least 2 years of experience from a high-tech/startup company
B.A in Social Science / Behavioral science or equivalent
Working knowledge of ATS systems and pipeline metrics
Ability to manage a variety of open positions
Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines
High level of energy, motivation, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment and professionalism
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Strong English communication skills - both verbal and written
A strong detail-oriented approach
