We are looking for a creative, ambitious, unique and self-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Tel Aviv HR team, focusing on hires for our HQ in Israel.

Your main focus will be to:

Lead hiring efforts across The Company’s business units
Work closely with, advice & train hiring teams
Develop talent acquisition plans and strategies
Design, plan, execute and own Employer Branding activities
Build and execute state-of-the-art and creative sourcing methods
Obsessively improve candidate experience
Carry and deliver spot-on evaluation processes

Requirements

You’ll need to have:

Experience & passion for TA domain
Data-driven and analytical mindset
Successful experience sourcing for different tech roles
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Critical thinker, positive viewer, creative problem-solver
Comfortable writing, talking, interviewing in English
