Lead the recruiting process in Israel including Employer branding, sourcing efforts, managing interview process and conducting HR interviews, data management, recruitment vendor and building a trusted partnership with hiring managers. You will be part of the best HR Team (locally & globally).
This is a temporary position for 6 months (Backfill for maternity leave). We are growing fast… and it is up to you to make it even faster :-)
What will you do?
Manage the recruitment process for multiple roles, from opening, sourcing candidates to conduct interviews and securing feedback from all stakeholders.
Strategize and execute diverse ways to build talent pipelines, based on market research, including referral programs, events, networking, Linkedin Parties and sourcing campaigns.
Own and lead recruitment projects end to end.
Ensure exceptional experience throughout the recruitment process for both the candidate and the hiring manager.
Stay current on innovative recruiting technology, trends, sourcing tools and practices.
Be a trusted partner with hiring managers, understanding their needs, maintaining communication, and leading successful recruitment efforts.
You should have…
4+ years of experience in a Tech Talent Acquisition role with experience from hi-tech companies, (preferably working in a start-up environment).
Experience in sourcing and finding candidates using various tools and platforms.
A passion for creating and maintaining an excellent candidate experience (including employer branding).
Great interpersonal skills & exceptional communication ability.
Excellent English and Hebrew, both verbal and written.
Able to work in a start-up environment: Can-do attitude, ability to work in a super intense and dynamic environment.
Self-starter, independent, results-oriented, and a team player.
Experience working in the cybersecurity companies - advantage.
B.A in Social Science / Behavioural Science or equivalent - advantage
