Support Engineer (Tier 2)

3-5 years of experience in a similar position (support/IT/application engineer etc.)
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Good programming skills in one or more object-oriented languages - C++/JAVA/PHP
Proven Technical experience in at least one of the following domains: PC operating systems (Windows, OS), Networking, Databases (e.g. SQL queries)
Proven experience with internet technologies including: Network architecture and terminology (httphttpsFTP, domains, DNS)
Experience in talking with external customers (through chat/ticketing system/phone)
Excellent English and Hebrew verbal and written communication skills (including technical writing)
Excellent customer service skills
Effective learning skills
A team player with ability to work independently and under pressure
Excellent time and task management skills

Strongly Desired:

Experience with using and supporting video and audio communication tools
Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, AJAX etc
Additional foreign language
