Strategic Alliance Representative
 
Looking for a high energy and dynamic Strategic Alliance Representative who is tasked with identifying and generating sales opportunities through managing and expanding the company’s relationships with strategic partners and alliances. This role is one of the first touch points for partner and prospects and can set the tone for the sales cycle following.

You will:

Building, maintaining and nurturing relationships with Company Global’s strategic partners, particularly Venture Capital firms, but also including other channel partners such as HCM technology companies, system integrators, regional and global payroll providers, CPA firms, law firms, recruiters, HR advisory firms;
Creating engagement and awareness with strategic partners and among VC portfolio companies by proactively sharing content, thought leadership, product updates, and industry trends;
Extending exclusive promotions to strategic partners and VC portfolio companies with the goal of generating and identifying sales qualified leads;
Creating and pursuing target prospects and key accounts;
Identifying key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to begin sales cycle
Scheduling appointments and demos for Sales Executives and Directors;
Driving traffic to the Company Global’s content library and online Community, and attendance for webinars and live seminars;
Demonstrating the value of our offering through phone calls, e-mail, LinkedIn and other social media;
Effectively partnering and collaborating with the Company Global’s sales, marketing and product teams;

Requirements:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or telemarketing;
Exceptional people and communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence;
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills (additional languages a plus);
Bachelor’s degree or a comparable level achieved through experience;
General understanding of the global payroll, HR, and PEO space is preferred; willingness and eagerness to learn quickly and continuously is a must;
Appreciation for the international expansion space in general; and for working in a global, cross-cultural and multilingual organization in particular;
Entrepreneurial mindset, hutzpah, and self-motivation are required.
