We are looking for a talented Service Center Engineer to support our RnD team and be the first point of contact for resolving or escalating issues relating to hardware, software, network, and others of the developers' computing environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform hands-on HelpDesk support including Laptop setup, hardware & software troubleshooting
Manage local inventory
Communication with local service centers for warranty/non-warranty repairs
Mac OS basic troubleshooting
Document new procedures
Work according to high execution standards, while adhering to project goals and ensuring high quality
Work smoothly with the local R&D community while keeping high visibility and effective communication

Qualifications:

High service-oriented is mandatory
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 & Office 365, including installation and support
In-depth knowledge of computer hardware
In-depth knowledge network structure and support
A skill to guide the end-users remotely
Documentation procedures and processes
Ability to work under pressure
Solid English communication capabilities (verbal and written)
