Tthe Company is looking for a growth marketing talent in the Growth team. The Growth Marketing Manager will own the global paid user acquisition & ASO activities, including ideation, execution, analysis and optimization of digital marketing campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Hands-on management of paid user acquisition campaigns & ASO. Ideation, creation, analysis, optimization, and reporting
Maintain the business relationship with Google, Facebook and Apple Account Managers
Manage highly budgeted global and regional campaigns
Manage campaigns that are growth and revenue-focused
Find scalable ways to execute and measure strategy to multiple audiences worldwide
Maintain a pulse on trends in the mobile marketing industry

REQUIREMENTS

Fluent in Russian & English
Extensive understanding of the Mobile Apps industry
2+ years of experience in Mobile Google, Facebook and Apple Search ads campaigns
2+ years of experience in ASO
Bachelor degree in Economics/Mathematics/Statistics/Psychology/Industrial Engineering
Ability to multitask while tracking changes and performance on a regular basis
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Sharp analytical skills with a proven track record of using data to drive decisions and optimize ROI
Proficient with Excel
