Looking for a seasoned senior Sales professional to join its CIS management team. As a Senior Advertising Sales & Partnership Manager your key responsibility would be to leverage your industry expertise and vast network to build strong relationships and manage large mobile advertisers (apps & brands) in CIS, to maximize new business opportunities and growth of these accounts.

The Company platform helps the worlds leading Mobile operators and OEMs to manage content, apps and services offering to their customers across various digital interfaces and touchpoints on the device in a personalized way. The solution is currently active on more than 250M mobile devices globally and is launched on over 700K new mobile devices daily.


through leadership, education and your industry expertise, networks and relationships with key members in the industry
Initiate and develop new strategic relationships with advertisers and agency contacts in CIS and secure advertising and media budgets to convert them into profitable partnerships
Grow our revenue in CIS across all verticals (i.e. eCommerce, utilities, entertainment, OTA, OTT, transportation, fin tech, etc.)
Build, track, and manage an active sales pipeline to achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets
Liaise between existing Company clients and HQ customer success team to assure health and growth of existing business
Work across different functional teams to articulate and develop new value propositions that meet evolving advertiser needs
Conduct quarterly business reviews with all key clients


Fluent in English and Russian
Existing network of relationships across the mobile advertising ecosystem in CIS
Vast experience in performance marketing
Strong track record of closing quarterly deals with mobile advertisers in CIS
Proven ability to identify opportunities and exploring new business leads in the Mobile advertising industry
Exceptional communication skills
Verbal, written, presentation and facilitation skills in order to succeed with various stakeholders across the globe
The ability to multitask and prioritize your workload, as well as handle details accurately while keeping the big picture in mind will help you succeed.
Strong negotiation skills
Having an understanding of or previous experience in the online or mobile adtech industry is a plus but not required
Self-motivated and a team player with a can do attitude that is willing to go the extra mile.
50% travel (client meetings, conferences)
