Senior Service Desk Specialist for Israel office branch, responsible for receiving requests for assistance or problem reports from users, performing an initial analysis, and invoking the proper support mechanism.

In this role, you will…

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensuring customer service is timely and accurate on a daily basis
Develop daily, weekly and monthly reports on help desk team’s productivity
Create good working relationship amongst members of the help desk team to ensure smooth flow of work, which improves overall performance
Directly respond to the request or problem if within own areas of expertise.
Complete information on problem reports that were solved personally and close report in problem tracking system.
Direct the request or problem to the most appropriate support area (e.g., specialist, support organization).
Liaison with user to ensure that requests or problem reports have been satisfactorily handled.
Provides training and coaching to temporary employees hired to assist at the Helpdesk.
Maintains an adequate supply of IT equipment and accessories for the Helpdesk.
6-8 years’ experience in operating systems (win78)
Experience in office 2016
Knowledge in Exchange server 2013õ
Experience with active directory 20126
English, spoken & written
Prepares Helpdesk procedural documentation and ensures that it is kept up-to-date.
Deliver ongoing support for projects
Accept requests for assistance or problem reports from users.
In this role, you’ll need …

Technically degree related field of study:

6-8 years of technology experience
Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy management.
Microsoft Windows 20126 Server administration
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Team player – willing to put forth the effort for the betterment of the team
Excellent customer service skills
