Senior HRIS Architect
Seeking a Senior HRIS Architect to lead the HR systems' landscape simplification program

The Senior HRIS Architect key responsibilities will include:

Accelerate our HR systems' landscape simplification in collaboration with existing projects such as oracle decommission program and the payroll global platform & interfaces
Create the global & local HR systems architecture end state by gathering information on best practices, understand business needs, and partner with IT to deliver best solutions
Lead process excellence - identify inefficiencies in existing processes and implement new solutions to eliminate these inefficiencies
Work closely with many internal customers, HRIS peers and IT to understand the business needs, define & implement solutions based on current architecture strategy
Develop a road map to achieve the HR systems architecture end state

Job Requirements:

Strong strategic thinking with the ability to define and lead the solution in a complex, challenging environment
Excellent analyst skills – ability to independently gather and translate HR business requirements into recommended solutions
Dynamic project leader with a real passion for delivering solutions
Ability to engage productively with a wide range of program stakeholders, including business leads, customers, vendors, technical design/delivery teams and project managers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to document, present, and communicate complex information in a simplified manner to all audiences


A Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field; i.e., industrial engineering, systems information, project management.
8+ years of relevant experience (ex: HR Information Systems, Information Technology, project management)
Demonstrated knowledge of HR, HR systems and HR processes
Expertise in solution design & process optimization
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM – a must, other HR/LMS systems - an advantage
Project management experience, especially in leading global projects, technology upgrades or implementations
