We're looking for our next Senior Google Campaign Manager to join us!
As a Senior Google Campaign Manager, you will lead the strategy and day-to-day maintenance of search marketing efforts. You will manage, and scale Google Ad campaigns, to meet and exceed campaign KPIs for our DYI marketing product.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills and great attention to detail. They excel in spotting and utilizing trends opportunities for their accounts and are quick to detect problems and solve them.
The candidate must be eager to sink your teeth into data, and be quick at spotting problems and proactively recommend and implement solutions.
A full-time challenging position from our Ramat-Ha'hayal offices.
You will be responsible for:
Lead, conduct, and analyze KW market research, to determine opportunities and competitiveness.
Introduce new digital marketing concepts, that shows a deep understanding of the entire user journey.
Build, run, and optimize the campaigns and the entire funnel with a thorough understanding of product benefits and competition.
Audit test and optimize new & existing ad campaigns to ensure KPI’s are met, including budget spend, timelines, CPL, CPA, ROI, and ROAS
Report on core metrics of every campaign with the ability to analyze performance and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain a complete knowledge of (the ever-changing) Facebook tools for building campaigns, audiences, conversion tracking, and other tools used in delivering results for customers.
At least 7 years of experience in Google Ads manager.
Experience with various bidding/conversion strategies (Enhanced CPC, Target ROAS, Target CPA, etc.)
Expertise in Google analytics tools, and audience’s management.
Experience with A/B testing tools
Conversion rate optimization (CRO) tools and experience
Managed large budget campaigns (monthly budget >$100K) with growth mindset
Demonstrate proven time management skills - able to handle conflicting priorities and juggle multiple tasks
Proven ability to be proactive.
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
Communication skills: Proven ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally with other teams.
Proficient in Excel
Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager & Google Search Console.
Experience with promoting organic search (SEO)
B2C experience in a global SaaS company
Experience with other PPC channels
