What Are We Looking For?

Looking for a talented B2B Campaign Manager to join our Growth team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will assist the VP Growth in constructing the company’s performance marketing offering and executing on that vision.

The Campaign Manager will have a wide range of responsibilities related to all of the company’s marketing activities, including planning and executing marketing campaigns, strategically and tactically optimizing campaigns, evaluating the marketing efforts of clients,and more.

The right candidate for this position is both an out-of-the-box and analytical thinker, who is well-organized, data-obsessed, and strategically-minded. A team player who collaborates constantly with the company’s different teams and departments in order to drive the best-possible results for clients.

The Campaign Manager will report to the company’s VP Growth.

Your responsibilities will include:
Managing, reviewing, optimizing, and performing daily responsibilities associated with client ad accounts
Providing strategic marketing recommendations to clients, and executing them
Working closely with other teams to hammer out messaging and creative direction
Ensuring seamless performance tracking
Communicating with clients regarding performance and down-funnel lead activity
Regularly-scheduled reporting – weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly – including analysis, recommendations, and next steps

Desired Skills And Experience:

4+ years’ experience as a marketing campaign manager, on platforms including (but not necessarily limited to)LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google
Experience with performance analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics
Familiarity with CRMs and Marketing Automation platforms – Hubspot, Salesforce, & Marketo
Strong analytical skills
Very high level of English (nativespeaker preferred)
Self-starter and independent, withmulti-tasking and time management skills
Good interpersonal communications andability to work within a team
B2B experience a huge plus
