The Salesforce admin will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop and deploy new business processes.
The administrator will be responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our SFDC platform.
Implement and manage best in class SFDC methodologies to support the Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations organizations.
The role will act as a key part of the revenue business operations team and will require exceptional skill sets.
Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with 30+ users.
Hands on configuration of new and existing SFDC features including user management, roles/profiles, Permission Sets, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflows rules, email templates, Process Builder, Flows, Lightning Pages, Custom Metadata Types, Custom Settings, Managed Packages.
Actively collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Account Managers and other stakeholders to support the delivery of strategic organization objectives.
Focus on user efficiencies, solving business/customer issues, invent creative solutions, and ensure data accuracy across the system.
Research add-on application packages and support ROI analysis for acquisition of applicable programs.
Data Cleanliness - Deduplicate, cleanse, enrich, and standardize SFDC database.
Support and lead all 3rd party integrations and a 360 view of the customer, utilizing Salesforce as the core platform.
Provide day-to-day user support and troubleshooting.
Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization.
Stay up to date on the platform’s new tools, capabilities, and updates – leveraging the Salesforce network.
2-5 years of Salesforce admin experience including Salesforce Lightning.
Salesforce.com Admin certification (ADM201 and ADM211).
Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
Familiarity with advanced Salesforce automation tools including Process Builder and Flows.
