About the job

In this role, you will assume the full ownership of our Salesforce administration, and work closely with our business stakeholders to plan and develop solutions that will support our CRM processes, as well as our overall data integrity and business flows.

We are looking for an experienced SFDC administrator, passionate about problem-solving, and looking to set the building blocks of our CRM practice at an early stage, bringing all of our business units together


Be the pivot & expert on all things Salesforce at the organization
Lead the planning and implementation of new Salesforce functionality including custom objects, page layouts, validations, process builder, dashboard, & reports
Integrate 3rd party solutions via Salesforce connectors and other applications and oversee their updating & maintenance
Collaborate with development resources when required.
Own all existing configuration and continue to improve on system processes
Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design and execute complex projects using both of out of box features and custom code
Work directly with Salesforce support as needed and serve as the account owner for all support purposes
Enable our agile environment utilizing sandbox architecture to plan and manage releases
Serve as a gatekeeper for ensuring best practices and integrity of the System
Consolidate & review requests from different departments to investigate the need, prioritize accordingly, and propose solutions that support the overall structure of the system.


2+ years of Salesforce Admin experience in a B2B/B2C SaaS Environment
Highly familiar with Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
Salesforce Admin Certification
Proven seniority in working with Salesforce Architecture, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, roles, profiles, permission sets & security settings.
Experience in supporting & developing customer flows from both the Pre to Post sales support
Experience working with tasks and sprints methods to design releases and scope projects
Ability to communicate technical requirements to business stakeholders and demo planned projects and flows to ensure alignment on deliverables
