The Company is looking for a certified Salesforce Administrator to join our Salesforce team and provide support to the organization through the customization, configuration and data management of the Salesforce platform. The candidate will build strong relationships with business stakeholders and work with The Company’s Salesforce developers to implement solutions to business problems. Our ideal candidate is analytical, has attention to detail, and a passion for getting things done.
Responsible for managing helpdesk support cases and troubleshooting issues
Provide administration support for field management, layout customization, reports and workflows
Provide data management and maintain database integrity and accuracy
Manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles, permission rules, workflows and groups
Participate in projects focused on developing new functionality and features within the Salesforce environment
Setup, maintain, and customize Salesforce tool integrations
Support and build strong relationships with business stakeholders who use Salesforce to get their jobs done
Develop training materials and provide training and support to Salesforce end users.
Salesforce admin certification
2+ years Salesforce hands-on experience
Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, reports, and dashboards
Experience with Lightning and Lightning App Builder
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices including permission management
Strong data management abilities
Knowledge of SQL a plus
A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in written and spoken English
