RESPONSIBILITIES

Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Manage the entire sales process: initiate, nurture, negotiate and manage client relationships
Own the sales life cycle; from inquiry and closing to on-boarding and renewals.
Communicating (written and verbal responses to inquiries)
Presentations: Product demos and follow-up
Pipeline management = Mktg automation + you and your CRM data
Account management: On-going nurturing to maximize renewals

REQUIREMENTS

At least 1-2 years of proven success in sales account management or inside sales is required
1 year experience as a recruiter in a company is a must
Proficiency with social networks - utilizing LinkedIn in recruitment process + prospecting
High level of interpersonal skills, ability to effectively communicate with customers
Driven and goal-oriented
Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
Self-motivated and self-directed
Industry familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) such as Humanet, Adam, Nilosoft, Jobvite, GreenHouse etc - huge advantage
Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM - advantage
Hebrew + English - Mother tongue or mother tongue level - mandatory
