What’s the job?

Own end-to-end Sales Operation processes, analytics and projects to support super fast-growing business
Serving as APAC Sales Ops partner: help to drive the region’s growth, including pipeline management, business analysis, drive strategic initiatives as well as day to day support in building commercials deals and sales processes
Coordinating with stakeholders across multiple offices worldwide to ensure the enterprise team is operating efficiently and maintaining peak performance
Improve sales flow processes- by proactively identifying, formulating and implementing business initiatives while collaborating with cross functional teams (SF for example)
Own Enterprise prospecting tools and top of the funnel processes analysis and process improvements
Own sales compensation & KPI design, implementation, and tracking while ensuring plans are accurate and aligned with organizational goals and philosophies
Analyze enterprise performance and provide insights and recommendations
Maintaining a detailed understanding of Payoneer’s business, product, and customer portfolios, as well as the payments ecosystem, business models, and key trends in the market

Have you done this kind of stuff?

3-5 years of relevant experience ideally as Business Analyst/ SalesOps/ SF role
Demonstrated success in sales ops, business role or analyst
Passionate, motivated, detail oriented, and data-driven self-starter
Advanced Excel skills with a strong understanding of Salesforce and BI tools
Ability to translate high-level sales strategies into system and process requirements
Strong analytical skills and ability to extract key business insights through data analysis –
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and tasks without losing track of the details
Strong organizational and project management skills
Sound business understanding
Familiarity with APAC payments / Ecommerce market – an advantage
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
