Sales Enablement Trainer
 
We are seeking a Sales Enablement Trainer to help educate our client facing organization who in turn drives enthusiasm and adoption of our product. Your passion for educating and helping Sales and Customer Support roles succeed will drive high-quality, effective training modules that will help transform our training academy into a modern, virtual, on-demand sales training organization and ultimately contribute to building a best in class sales organization.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop training materials for our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization primarily delivered via our Learning Management System but in a variety of forms, including web conference, video, written, newsletters, and more.
Voice over and train GTM organization on various soft skills and product and industry topics, most often virtually.
Collaborate with members of our Sales Leadership team, Product teams and Customer Support team to understand Sales development gaps, product feature training requirements, and industry knowledge education needs.
Conduct external research using various crowd sourcing resources to identify Sales skills training that can be incorporated into training modules internally
Manage sales certification program for our GTM organization
Measure effectiveness of trainings delivered through Sales productivity and other agreed KPI metrics

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field
Minimum 2 years in technical training and course development
Intermediate knowledge of authoring tools including Adobe Captivate, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Creative Suite to create and edit video-based multimedia learning content
Knowledge of Learning Management System (Litmos Preferred)
Visual design skills and ability to storyboard
Familiar with learning theories and methodologies, instructional design models, and lesson and curriculum planning skills
Proactive mindset to own and deliver on your domain of expertise
Possess excellent organizational, time management and follow through skills
Clear and accurate communicator (both verbal and written), as well as engaging presenter exhibiting excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio, and video scripts

This role will constantly be on the cutting edge of driving modern educational experience; therefore, it is critical this role has a healthy appetite for constantly learning new concepts, functionality and technology
Ability to execute and complete projects with or without defined deadlines
Ability to understand and communicate information through various mediums
Ability to work independently and make decisions based on sound judgment but have an understanding to know when to escalate
Ability to align to defined measurable KPI metrics and show tangible results each quarter against those metrics
Display a positive attitude and tenacity amidst challenges, adversity, changing priorities, or time constraints
Passion for using modern, innovative training techniques to optimize educational experience
Curiosity with an ability to quickly understand Sales’ needs and priorities to adapt accordingly
