We are growing and we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join us. As our SDR, you’ll discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests, target outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships. You will solicit potential customers, facilitate sales, and connect customers with the right salesperson.
Become an expert in our company’s products and services
Regularly research and stay up-to-date with consumer behavior and create relationships with customers to identify how our solutions meet their needs
Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps
Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and identifying new potential sales outlets
Present product information to customers based on their unique needs
Source new sales prospects and move them through the marketing funnel, arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls with the right salesperson
Reach out to leads, captured and nurtured by the Marketing Team, to book demonstrations
Report to the sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to ensure the company's goals and targets are met
Process inbound leads and generate leads from outbound activities by developing sales strategies that draw in potential buyers and support soliciting new potential customers
Initiate contact with potential customers through cold-calling and respond to inquiries generated from advertisements.
2+ years of relevant business development experience in SaaS companies
Strong communication, interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills
Good time management and analytical skills
Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English
Strong work ethic and self-drive
Experience at a startup (plus)
Hands-on, with the ability to execute processes and projects end-to-end.
