SDR (Sales Development Representative)
 
A very successful and fast-growing SaaS startup needs an SDR (Sales Development Representative).

This is a full-time, immediate and highly rewarding position (Monday-Friday work week) in Ramat Gan.

The company has significant presence worldwide, offering an open culture workspace, where everyone is a hands-on contributor, comfortable sharing ideas and opinions.

Job Responsibilities:

● Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.
● Set up meetings or calls between potential clients and the sales team.
● Perform market research to gather additional information about outbound prospects.
● Reach and exceed KPIs including scheduled calls, completed calls and qualified opportunities.
● Identify clients' needs and suggest relevant products or services.

Job Requirements:

● Native English with excellent verbal and written communications skills.
● 1+ year of experience in international SaaS B2B products/services.
● Track record of achieving sales goals.
● Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
● Ability to multitask and prioritize large lists of leads.
● Strong phone presence and experience.
● Experience working with Salesforce.
