SDR (Sales Development Representative)
We’re building our sales team and we’re looking for a strong Sales Development Representative to join our growing team!

As an SDR, you will be responsible for researching, contacting, and qualifying our inbound potential customers. The ideal candidate will be as passionate about our solutions as they are about providing an exceptional and professional experience for our potential customers.

We are looking at experienced individuals that would be able to establish the team’s methodologies and streamline our sales processes. You’ll be a strategic member of our team working closely with Sales, Product and Customer Success.

This is a demanding position which is ideally suited for someone who is looking to have a real impact in shaping a company. More than just a job, this is an opportunity to help build a sales funnel you’ll be proud of. You’ll be part of the company’s founding team which means many opportunities to grow, influence and make your mark.
You will play a critical role in helping our prospects understand the value of the company
Leverage deep product knowledge to handle the technical aspect in large and complex sales processes.
Work closely with the founders and help streamlining our sales process.
Map out prospects' business processes and assist them into implementing and improving them with our platform.
Establish pre-configured solution packages and define best practices.
Help to strategize large opportunities.

What will you actually be doing?

Initiate contact with inbound leads.
Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop relationships with important stakeholders.
Provide potential prospects with information about the company and our software’s value.
Conduct conversations with decision makers from SMB and large Enterprise companies.
Ensure prospects meet our qualification criteria.
Schedule qualified customers for sales calls.
Build and maintain a profitable sales pipeline.
Disseminate opportunities and educate Account Executives as necessary.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Prior remote sales experience - must
Native English - must
Prior Saas experience in a similar role - big advantage
Ability to conduct in depth research via various online tools - must
Strong problem solving skills
A deep technical curiosity for how IT systems work in a business context
Great communication and customer facing skills
Ability to clearly articulate technical topics to a non-technical audience
Exceptional teamwork capabilities
