What’s the job?
Managerial:
Lead, coach, train, motivate, and drive the performance of a risk analysts team
Build and manage a team, providing ongoing feedback, fostering teamwork and meeting team-related goals
Support the team to achieve its operational objectives, take on new tasks, manage workloads and analysts’ professional development
Set individual and team KPIs and SLAs, ensure adherence, and manage team’s expectations and performance
Professional:
Directly supervises the assigned risk portfolio, conducting constant ongoing monitoring
Analyze data sets and user behavior to identify risks, including trends and patterns
Ensuring performance based on established goals, benchmarks and milestones
Ensure consistency in practices, policies and procedures
Identify and address gaps and opportunities in individual and team performance by developing and implementing new processes and guidelines, improving effectiveness, designing flows automation, and setting in place new controls
Interpersonal:
Work closely with other teams and departments to support the development of risk-related tools, processes and products to improve risk mechanisms and CX
Work closely and communicate with large enterprise clients and external 3rd parties
Have you done this kind of stuff?
At least 2 years proven track of successful managerial experience - a must
Online risk, payments, e-commerce or portfolio risk management (of transactions) experience – a must
Product/project management – an advantage
Enterprise client/account management – an advantage
Degree graduated or equivalent experience
High level of written and verbal communication skills
Proven strong cross-team collaboration and interpersonal skills
Well organized, energetic individual with a can-do approach
A problem solver, experienced working under pressure
Have a flexible attitude and emotional agility
Ability to cope with changing requirements and levels of uncertainty in a fast paced environment
An independent thinker, who has initiative and is able to see processes through
Excellent English level (written and spoken) is a must
