Resource Development Administrative Assistant - Bilingual
To support the day-to-day operation of the department, including:

1. Facilities, supplies & equipment

- Ensuring that the office and guest room are clean, tidy, stocked and organized with necessary supplies and fundraising materials
- Archiving outdated materials
- Attending to equipment maintenance needs
- Interfacing with other ALYN departments as well as outside suppliers for the above purposes

2. Data entry

- Entering donor and donation information into the CRM
- Assisting with data cleansing
- Obtaining donor contact information

3. Donor visits

- Assisting with practical aspects such as ordering refreshments, room scheduling, taking pictures during the visit, ordering taxis, preparing the welcome sign, etc.

4. Donor materials

- Supporting the creation of materials for donors, including PowerPoint presentations, picture collages, certificates, and letters

5. General office tasks

- Answering the main telephone line
- Scanning, copying and printing
- Managing incoming and outgoing post
- Manage the guest room scheduling calendar
- Submitting purchase orders
- Other tasks may be assigned as needed


- Minimum two years related experience
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot standard office equipment
- Excellent English and Hebrew communications skills – written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills and phone manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially

This is a full-time position in our offices at the ALYN Hospital in Jerusalem. Working hours are Sunday-Thursday, 8:00-16:00 with some flexibility.

COMPENSATION: Commensurate with experience.
