QA- Technical Line Manager

Responsibilities:

· Guide teams in developing and execution of software test plans and timely resolution of issues.
· Design and build efficient test accelerators to accelerate testing activities.
· Create detailed software testing plans and project documentation related to the testing phases of the SDLC.
· Design and develop testing models customized to client needs and setup test governance process.
· Ability to create a high-performing, motivated work group by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals and realize value.
· Supervise in developing more predictive and intelligent testing approaches on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.
Strong sense of personal accountability and responsibility for project quality.
· Collaboration skills, system thinking, and the ability to clearly explain complex concepts.
· Experience in managing test automation projects.
Cloud Base projects and DockersKubernetes.

Qualifications:

· A minimum of five years of experience in software development, testing, program management and analysis with ISTQB certification is preferred.
· Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in technical sciences or information systems.
· Strong experience working on different software development methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative and Agile).
· Prior experience in leading at least 2 full life cycle systems delivery implementations in a testing capacity.
· Strong experience with Automation Tools (e.g. Selenium), Scripting Languages and Test Management Tools (JIRA, ALM).
