Project Manager

A world leading company in Supply chain automation and suppliers portal, is looking for a star for our project management team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop project plans, goals, and activities
Identify resource requirements and coordinate project team members
Help define business requirements and project objectives
Execute and improve B2B integration implementation methodology
Manage multiple on-boarding projects simultaneously
Coordinate communication with customers, partners, and our employees

Requirements

Industrial Engineer or similar degree with project management courses
Project management experience will be considered as advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Technical and technology savvy
Team player, dedicated, goes the extra mile (and some…) to make things happen
Prior experience in consulting and software implementation is an advantage

Work activities

Developing project plans, goals, and activities; identifying resources needed
Developing schedules and methods for measuring results
Defining customer’s business requirements, process flow and project targets
Translating customer’s requirements and targets into Detailed Design Document for R&D and product configuration
Guiding and performing periodical analysis of the project and its risks
Organizing and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion
Assembling and coordinating project team members; assigning individual responsibilities
Planning and overseeing the preparation and dissemination of project communications.

Employee Profile

This role requires the following personal and educational qualifications:

Industrial engineer degree or scientific Bachelor degree with project management courses
Minimal experience of 1 year in project management
Prior experience in consulting and software implementation is an advantage
Smart, tolerated and charismatic personality

Working hours: may require additional hours to be worked beyond standard hours.
