MUST speak Hebrew at mother-tongue level and be comfortable in Israeli culture as well as have excellent English. Hours are approximately 12-18 hours/week (4-5 hours over 4-5 days), flexible between 9 am and 4 pm. Katamon location.

Responsibilities Include:


managing outside workers, including household/rental property repairs, gardener, electrician, etc
office and personal assistance/administration, i.e. managing correspondences; scheduling and coordinating appointments; translating Hebrew>English and English>Hebrew; getting price quotes/market research;
various municipal, educational, and tax registrations/filings; managing medical requests, paperwork and insurance
bookkeeping and accounting (i.e. paying bills, bank reconciliations, preparing end of year financial summaries, fbar and donation filings)

Requirements:

-Discretion Bilingual Hebrew and English – speaking, typing, writing
-Computer and tech-savvy, including google drive, Word, Excel and Internet searches
-Excellent organizational skills
-Can take ownership of projects from start to finish and anticipate and manage necessary follow-up.
-Both attention to detail and “Rosh Gadol”
-Able to multitask
-Can work independently and take initiative
