Looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Personal Assistant to work closely with our CEO and senior management.

In this role you’ll manage complex calendars and additional administrative tasks across multiple time zones, while corresponding with various internal and external stakeholders to support anticipate needs.

This is a full time position in our Ramat Gan office, which requires some flexibility according to company needs.

In this role, you will:

Organize and manage complex calendars, across multiple time zones
Manage communication related to meetings, conference calls, invitations, event planning, visits etc.
Provide administrative management support to the CEO and senior management
Coordinate and execute errands as required


You should have:

At least 5 years of experience as a personal assistant working with TOP-management
Bachelor’s Degree
Full proficiency in English, verbal and written – A MUST
Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and other office management systems and procedures
Excellent ability to plan, prioritize, and multi-task
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
