What will YOU do?

Maintain calendars for the CEO and executive team
Establishing and maintaining liaisons with board members, committees and partners
Assisting the CEO and Executive Team with general administrative duties that include but are not limited to: board meetings, large management meetings, travel arrangements, conferences,
Take part in weekly management meetings, managing meeting agendas, action items and follow up projects
General operation and administrative responsibilities and managing our reception desk
Co working with the global operations team in various general office and admin tasks
Responsible for co-managing company vendors and different projects within the Operations team (ex: Office cleaning, car leasing, maintenance, furniture, etc…)
Managing our reception

What YOU need is:

At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar position from a global high-tech company
Be a native English speaker
Be a team player!
Have a strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills
Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy
Be organized, committed and dependable person.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Be a self-starter and ability to show initiative in assignments and within the role
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional customer service skills
