Order Management Team Leader - Bilingual
A fantastic opportunity now exists to join our Team!

Due to tremendous growth of the company, we are searching for a hard-working and driven team leader to join our already successful Order Management group. We are looking for a hands-on and independent team leader to manage all aspects of the order management team with emphasis on continuous improvement in operating results and strengthening and improving existing processes. In this position you will work with multiple functions such as Sales, Finance, Corporate Logistics, Supply Chain, etc. to meet customer needs in EMEA and APAC with a focus on business process improvement and customer relations. You will report to Order Management Senior Manager.

Main responsibilities include:

• Lead the EMEA/APAC Order Management team in dealing with Customer orders/requests by providing the deliverable according to company’s guidelines.
• Control on the team performance, follow through on open cases and escalate as needed.
• Support the sales cycle of rented, leased and sold products: receive orders, orders entry, distributing orders to the operations team and follow up on inventory, backlog and shipments.
• Interact and communicate directly with the sales process stakeholders (Sales Reps, Sales Engineers, Partners, Customers, IT and Finance departments) to ensure smooth sales processing.
• Training and mentoring the team members.
• Manage related databases.
• Implement policies and relevant procedures to support sales operational efficiency.
• Operating ERP system and SalesForce.
• Generating and analyzing sales reports.
• Supporting events and projects as needed.


• Bachelor's Degree in Business administration, Finance, logistics, or another related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Order Management processes.
• Experience in a people management role.
• Excel, ERP and SalesForce experience (ERP Priority – an advantage!).
• Good analytical and synthesis skills, experience in creating and analyzing reports to provide input on the results.
• Super organized & detail oriented with the ability to proactively identify and resolve problems.
• High ability to prioritize self & team tasks, great time management skills.
• Excellent People skills.
• Ability to multi-task & perform in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English & Hebrew – a must.
