Looking for an experienced dedicated, creative and multi-tasking Operations & Welfare Manager for a temporary full-time position (approximately 6 months).

The Operations & Welfare Manager will join the Company’s Operations Department, reporting to the COO.
In this role, you will be managing the Office Manager, and working together with the Head of HR and collaborate with the Operations Team in our US site, located in Bellevue, WA.
Together with your team, you will shape the Company’s culture, and make sure it is a great place to work at and grow with.

Responsibilities

Welfare

Initiation, planning and execution of welfare activities, holidays, lectures, birthday & ongoing gifts for employees, orientation days, etc.
Budget planning, ongoing contact with suppliers, handling of bids, invoices and procurement.
Writing and producing content for the various activities such as happy hour, holidays, etc.
Working side by side with the Head of HR, supporting employees’ onboarding and attending to ongoing employees needs

Operations

Providing creative solutions to the needs of employees from all departments, working in collaboration with managers to create an outstanding work atmosphere and routines.
Managing and maintaining all aspects of office services, including communication tools, office facilities, communication with vendors, etc.
Managing and monitoring the supply of IT equipment, including managing inventory, orders, and ongoing work alongside the company's IT manager and other key players.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in an operational role and/or welfare activity role
Excellent people skills, driving to action through collaboration and cooperation.
Experiences in managing and coordinating with an internal teams and external vendors
Team management experience
Creative thinker
Experienced in working side by side with design and marketing people to create branded merchandise, invitations and information materials for the various internal activities and events
Highly attentive to detail, efficient and organized
Ability to work independently and as a team member across different departments
Self-motivated and independent, open-minded, pro-active and willing to go the extra mile.
Comfortable with managing multiple tasks
Proficient in MS Office Suite & comfortable with office related technical challenges.
Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
Experience in working at a high tech company - a plus
