An Amazing Startup in TL is growing and we're looking for an experienced Office manager – part-time.

The company's Office Manager wears many hats within our team.
The role includes performing a wide range of administrative, clerical, and financial tasks and necessities.

You will add value to our team by:

• Supporting all members of our team to focus on doing their best work in their core responsibilities.
• Greeting and serving as the first point of contact for all of our office guests.
• Maintaining company records and helping support HR activities.
• Responding to co-worker and management inquiries (e.g. stationery, hardware, travel arrangements, etc.)
• Payment of bills, tracking employee time and expense reports, preparing of budgets, and organizing monthly accounting for submission to the company accountant.
• Perform complex high-level administrative duties to support the CEO including preparing letters, reports, and presentations.
• Help to manage company insurance policies, registrations, certificates, and the like.
• Assist in basic IT administration.
• Helping to manage all things related to our building/facilities and company equipment: you’ll be responsible for maintaining a clean, professional, well-stocked, functional office environment including supply ordering and coordinating maintenance.
• Planning company events and promoting productivity and friendliness in a fast-paced environment; you will be an ambassador and champion of our company culture.
• Part-time position: 9:00 – 13:00 4 days a week, flexibility for working from home (according to Kovid -19 rules and regulations )

Desired Skills and Experience:

• A planner, punctual, organized and excellent time-management and multitasking skills.
• Friendly and outgoing with an enthusiasm for new tasks and challenges.
• Able to work independently on a small team with minimal day-to-day supervision.
• Obsessed with keeping the office tidy and won’t mind occasionally cleaning up after our team.
• Experienced working closely with leadership teams to build and promote company culture.
• Capable of performing basic accounting functions is a must.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (excel, word, and PowerPoint).
• Fluency in spoken and written Hebrew & English is a must.
• Experience: 1 - 2 years, preferably at a startup.
