Office Manager - Bilingual
We are looking for an overqualified person to lead and facilitate our office operations. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant and professional work environment, ensuring a high level of organizational and communication effectiveness.

As an office manager, you will be executing a smooth running of the office and initiate improvements in company procedures and day-to-day operations. You’ll be involved in every aspect of our activity, and be the focal point for circulating information throughout the organization, so the opportunities to evolve and take initiatives are endless.

What should you bring with you?

Excitement about using new technology and software (we are always testing some new tool)
You must love spreadsheets and be highly organized and meticulous. Attention to details is a must
Have excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
Have strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
What will you do?

Facilities management-

Ensure top-notch, organized office layout; make sure the facilities are clean, orderly and comfortable to work in, according to the highest standards in the market
Responsible for all IT and office equipment

Office procurement-

Manage the office and G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
Manage vendors and suppliers- find new vendors upon need, negotiate contract and price.

HR and welfare support-

Assist with on-boarding process for new hires
Execute welfare from organizing Happy Hours to yoga sessions; but also big events, meetups and company off-sites
Update and maintain office policies as the company grows
Manage visitations; from greeting visitors to arranging travel logistics

Remote administrative support to our activity overseas


Excellent oral and written communication in Hebrew and in English (Must);
Proven experience as an Office manager or as an Administrative assistant;
Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures;
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment;
A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements;
Previous experience / role in startups / tech companies - Advantage.
