Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a full-time Office Manager to support our mission in TLV, manage and maintain our TLV office space.

Responsibilities:

Perform an extensive range of administrative tasks such as expenses, coordination of complex international and domestic travel itineraries.
Serve as the point of contact for all office operations including: maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, errands, managing vendor relationships, and ad hoc projects.
Organize, manage and execute facility operations and procedures including conference room coordination and AV support, ordering office snacks and be a first point of contact to our co-working space community managers.
Provide logistical support for team events including team lunches, business dinners, offsites.
Closely collaborate with our Operations Manager on HR functions like on- and off-boarding.
Coordinate troubleshooting of common IT issues for new hires and all staff.
Be the keeper and creator of office culture.
Proactively look for ways to make the office more efficient and enjoyable, and think creatively about ideas for better processes.
Be the friendly face to our community, initial greeter and host for visitors.

What We Want to See:

4-5 years of office management, administrative or executive/assistant experience (inclusive of managing office expenses, travel, and basic expenses)
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures including Google Apps and Microsoft Office.
Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
Experience working in and around startups.
Strong business judgment needed to interact with a wide variety of internal and external contacts at all levels.
