We are growing and are looking for an Office Manager to be the heart of the company and make things run smoothly and effectively. If you are a people's person, multitasker, well organized with a can do approach, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Ownership of all aspects related to our day-to-day office operations & budget (Kitchen, IT, office equipment, cleanliness, etc.)
Work hand-in-hand with the senior leadership to optimize the work environment for the different teams and needs, creating the best employee office-related experience
Act as the point of contact for purchasing requests related to the office & employees and manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
Be the point of contact for the finance team including petty cash and ongoing office related payments
Support welfare events and initiatives

Requirements

At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar role in the startup/high-tech industry
Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Service-oriented with a can-do approach
A positive, friendly, and helpful team player
Must be able to work autonomously and be a natural self-motivator
Oral and written proficiency in both English and Hebrew
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
