What is the role?
As Office Manager you will be part of our Employee Experience Team in our Tel Aviv Office. You will primarily be responsible for being the go-to office support, maintaining our office environment by providing excellent customer service to our visitors and employee population and supporting office services, events, regular office activities, finance issues and more.
Responsibility for all the company’s day-to-day activities
Take care of the office - stock the kitchen, schedule cleaning and maintenance, etc.
Address employees’ queries regarding office management issues
Handle ad hoc projects and requests as they arise
Supporting the finance department with reports, invoice payments, office expenses budget etc
Focal point for IT support and supporting all office technical issues
Support all company’s welfare activities and onboarding new employees - including ordering employees supplies, setting up desks, welcome kit etc.
Answer general inquiries to the company by phone or email
At least 2 years of experience in an administrative/operations role in a tech-oriented/fast-paced environment
Ability to work autonomously, use initiative, and take full ownership of the role
Strong organizational, planning and problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail - never let anything fall between the cracks.
Results-driven, excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work - Natural producer, knows how to get things done fast, whether big or small
Ability to work and connect with anyone - from C-level management to junior employees
An all-around team player - willingness to contribute in areas other than your defined job scope
Excellent English & Hebrew - written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
BA Degree or equivalent - advantage
