Marketing Manager - Paid Programs
If you’re highly motivated by results and enjoy experimenting with new marketing channels, this role is for you. We’re looking for an analytical, driven and energetic digital marketer to own our paid marketing programs and drive brand awareness, lead conversion, and qualified opportunities.

Your role

You'll take ownership of our paid marketing program management and optimization. Our growth is primarily inbound, through a bottoms-up motion from individual developers signing up for company freemium and a top down interest of security decision makers. You will be focused on expanding our reach and opening new paid channels, targeting both personas through independent, targeted campaigns.

You’ll spend your time:

Planning, executing and optimizing campaigns and budgets for global paid media campaigns across various platforms including Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, Native, Display, etc; reporting weekly on results and making recommendations for optimization.
Analyzing the content space to ensure our advertising content is aligned on the most relevant topics to our prospective customers across security, development, devops and open source.
Running experiments; iterating and evolving message, creative, and landing pages in response to the results.
Collaborating with broader marketing team on campaign copy/creative; taking the lead on executing and delivering against project timelines.
Advising on the strategy and design of landing pages to continuously improve engagement and conversion rates.
Exploring and testing new opportunities and channels; increasing investments in areas that are producing the most value.
Analyzing results and sharing analysis in consistent and impactful reports.
Delivering maximum ROI and revenue.

You’re keen to expand your understanding of digital marketing and to bring best practices into a new environment.
You can clearly communicate your recommendations and back them up with data.
You have excellent written and verbal communication
A plus (not required): Interest or prior experience in the development, open-source or security market.
