Fiverr is looking for an Affiliate Manager to join our Affiliates Team and lead the team’s localization efforts. We're looking for someone who can grow the Affiliates program by analyzing data from different markets and building a knowledge base for the Affiliates channel.
You will be expected to monitor the performance in Fiverr’s focused markets, control all aspects of local partners, and partners who refer local traffic to Fiverr. You will also be expected to increase the traffic from the focused markets by building a growth strategy (macro-level and tailor-fit to each market), to initiate new strategies & campaigns and implement them. The position includes ensuring that all campaign and marketing materials are localized for enabling the operation in the focused markets.

Build a growth-oriented strategy that is on a macro level and individually tailored to each local
Monitor performance in local markets, provide recommendations for new strategic campaigns & projects to be implemented and manage them
Analyze metrics for revenue and margin opportunities, recommend and implement changes based on the results.
Handle project management process from beginning to end including data analysis, competitor research, campaign development and execution
Develop new partnerships in a variety of platforms including; Mobile, Web, Networks and Media buying.
Manage all elements of localization for all digital products including videos, marketing materials, web, CRM, etc.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all projects meet Fiverr’s standards and are completed and localized on time.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the online marketing & affiliate marketing world.
Experience as an Affiliate/Account Manager - a must
Analytical skills are mandatory - campaign optimization, analysis of different activities, finding insights, recommendations and new opportunities based on data.
Experience with database management - a must
Proficient in Microsoft Excel - a must
Project management skills and cross-team communication capabilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills – including presenting in front of people
Effective time management and tasks prioritization to meet timeliness and due dates
Experience working with Tableau - an advantage
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc) in exact science, marketing, business or related field - advantage.
