Learning & Technical Training Specialist
Manage the training activities in order to ensure that they meet the required objectives and they are conducted efficiently, cost-effectively and in accordance with the our policies and standards.
Responsible to initiate training needs analysis and determines, administers plans, procedures, and programs to meet training needs and objectives within the BU’s.
Develops, delivers and evaluates training programs and curriculum so that the knowledge, skills, and performance of employees meet the organization’s current and future requirements.
Maintains strong connections with cross organization interfaces, especially global training team to share best practices and to understand current and future trends.
Maintains strong relations with Safety Manger and ensures the safety requirements of all employees and trainees within the training environment are met.
Demonstrates strong safety mindset and awareness
Collaborates with functional and operational managers and HR to develop and implement training plans that are appropriate for their business needs, but consistent with our overall training strategy.
Manages the production of training materials and tools.
Supervise and/or conduct special training courses designed for selected key groups.
Maintains and analyses organization and individual training records in order to monitor the effectiveness of internal and external training programs
Stays up to date on developments and innovations in training and education in industry and government education sectors so that the organization’s training activities develop accordingly- specifically digital trainings and new advanced forms of training delivery.
Manages the training centre facility (budget, equipment, up to date & safe) and ensure the it meets company expectations.
Led new innovative learning methods, experienced in VILT, VR (3D) reality and augmented reality delivery
Proactively seeking for new opportunities to bring new learning opportunities and platforms to upskill organization capabilities and in accordance with it’s priorities
Positioned and perceived as a professional training expert
Part of global training community
Strong interface and connection to the field -regular weekly presence in the different sites
Minimum3- 5 years of professional experience in technical training delivery, (preference in global organizations)
Bachelor’s degree in education/Engineering or other relevant field
Learning Management System experience and eLearning/virtual training knowledge and development experience preferred (WD , Storyline -advantage)
General knowledge and prior experience in the technical field training area
Experienced with delivering new innovative learning methods and platform including VR (3D) reality and augmented reality delivery
Presentation capabilities- experienced in delivering trainings
Excellent English and local language skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Project Management skills
Proactiveness, leading approach
