Responsibilities

Learning Solutions Development

Uses audience analysis to confirm solution objectives and understand business constraints to guide the design of a solution that meets a specific business need.
Applies known learning solution strategies to create a prototype document that meets the business outcomes, produces the desired user experience, and includes a delivery method that drives maximum consumption within the target audience.
Identifies content sources and intellectual property to meet learning objectives. Recommends buy, build or customize decisions that are in the best interest of the company.
Develops and manages solutions by creating and/or assembling content assets for rapid and agile development for a single event, subject, or audience.

Learning Solutions Delivery

Builds awareness and demand for learning solutions or component offerings through existing communication channels and marketing approaches, within targeted audiences.
Leverages existing access channels to implement learning solutions that are easy to find, navigate, and consume.
Uses best practices and in-the-moment flexibility in facilitation to deliver, or prepare others to deliver, learning solutions to a targeted audience.

Measurement and Analytics

Tracks, collects and analyzes data from existing sources to identify opportunities to improve learning-solution development and delivery.
Uses data and metrics to measure learning effectiveness and to ensure that solutions meet the needs of targeted audiences. Uses findings to create reports on learning effectiveness.

Operational Excellence

Uses processes and tools for on-time and on-budget accountability in the development and delivery of learning solutions.
Uses program plans and program management to deliver program objectives, drive efficiencies, manage budgets and prioritize to increase business results.
Accountable for delivery operation of learning programs and events
Works in collaboration with global and on-site interfaces and service providers to execute learning solution (HR members, RE&F, Communication, Security etc.) Contributes to L&D vendor selection, management, and measurement to support business results.

Qualifications

Requirements

3-5 years’ experience in L&D at tech company
Experience in working at a global company is an advantage
Relevant academic degree; Preference for Master’s degree holders
Fluent English – speaking, writing
Data analysis capabilities
