What you'll do:

In this position, you will be joining the finance team of a listed company. As a financial professional you will be leading a dynamic team that manages the day-to-day accounting activities in our Israeli office.

You will also:

Manage the timely processing of bank transactions, payroll, data, VAT, withholding tax filings, accruals, intercompany transactions and other related accounting entries
Control and give detailed insights the month end close reporting to the head office, deliver reliable financial data each month on working day 3, including balance sheet specifications and reconciliations
Prepare annual audit files for both internal and external auditors, ensure timely delivery of the information requested by the auditors and hold the relations with tax authorities
Timely preparation and filing of statutory reports and other regulatory reports
Supporting the tax team and other stakeholders with requested financial information and responsible for compliance.
Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and system improvements to enhance the workflow of the department

Are you the one?

8+ years' of proven experience with you, from a dynamic multinational environment
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPA is preferred
Strong knowledge in the use of ERP systems (preferably Workday or SAP B1) and MS Office (expert level in Excel is a must)
IFRS accounting standards, Internal control standards for financial reporting and compliance requirements
Strong business acumen, who can see the big picture and yet knows all the details and is willing to roll up his/her sleeves to get the job done
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in both, English and Hebrew
You have experience in resolving complex accounting issues and transactions
High attention to details with excellent organizational skills and ability to take charge, set objectives, drive to results
Positive attitude, collaborative, team player and comfortable in a fast-growing environment that changes as the business grows
Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadline
