A mobile growth technology company is looking for a Junior Customer Success Manager to join their team!
Candidates will be helping customers to develop and advance their app store marketing and mobile growth strategies. To do this, you will assist the team with all aspects of the customer journey, help design outstanding creative presentations and motivate customers to adopt the product offering. The result? Playing your part in delivering value by leveraging the suite of products to optimize clients’ app store conversions and mobile growth.
- Take care of emails that came in overnight, from clients and fellow colleagues alike.
- Meet internally with one of the Client Services team to understand a new project that you’ll be a part of.
- Advance a variety of projects for different clients, including designing a deck showing how we deliver value to clients, working cross-functionally within the Client Services team, and communicating with top mobile enterprise brands to develop long-standing successful partnerships.
- Work with clients across the world, many located in the heart of the bustling California tech environment.
- 1+ year experience in a client-facing role
- A creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Understanding of how a B2B tech company works (preferred)
- Fluent English (native preferred)
- Drive to 'level up' and always learn more
- Outstanding teamwork skills
