Investment Associate (Portfolio Management)

A global equity crowdfunding platform, is looking for a Full-Time Investment Associate, with a deep interest in technology and venture investing, to join the Portfolio Management team.

The Portfolio Management team manages a growing portfolio of over 150 startup companies in which the Company has made direct equity investments. The team is responsible for, among other things, managing all follow-on investment rounds in portfolio companies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary point of contact for approx 20 portfolio companies
Prepare written investment materials about follow-on investment opportunities for the Company's existing portfolio companies.
Present investment opportunities to management and investment committee
Conducting industry research, market analysis, and investment due diligence
Conduct valuation analysis, cap table, and term sheet negotiation and review
Collaborate with internal (Legal and Investor Relations departments,) and external (VC's, CVC's and investment banks) stakeholders
The role is Jerusalem based (post-pandemic), with an option to work up to 3-days a week from our TLV office or from home

REQUIREMENTS

Interest in technology and venture investing (a must)
Native English speaker
At least 3 years experience in a related field (venture capital, investment banking, management consulting, corporate finance, or equity research experience, law, technology)
Excellent, clear, and concise writing skills
Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced & dynamic working environment
