Internal Demand Specialist
 
Looking for an Internal demand Specialist to join the Planning team (reporting to the planning dep. Manager) in the Operations group. The Internal Demand specialist works with the internal functions (mainly HW, QA, R&D and Ops.) to ensure smooth supply for the internal customers in alignment to the company and planning KPI’s and targets

Responsibilities:

Internal Demand planning - Build a yearly and quarterly plan and be the E2E contact for approval and changes
Internal Operations management - Coordinate and facilitate the weekly and monthly plan, track production and update ETA, manage and update the activities in our systems.
HW qualification / changes coordinator - Coordinate all Planning activities (Order components to support the activities on time, track and monitor external vendors)
Production - ERP production -Lead the internal demand production to meet timelines and requested ETA. Sync with Supply leader to ensure resources can support the internal plan
Internal SS and inventory management - Manage the Lab SS policy and ensure it will be updated every Q, manage and monitor KPI’s for the Lab inventory, push for improvements and manage ad hoc projects (model change activity)

Job Qualifications:

Sc./B.A. in Industrial Engineering /Economics /Business Management or related fields,
with 0- 2-years of experience.
Relevant work experience in supply/demand areas or similar positions in operations – an advantage
Previous experience in implementing and monitoring inventory and SS – an advantage
Previous experience in managing projects and work in a matrix environment – an advantage

Preferred Skills:

Organized and efficient, capable to perform well with multiple priorities and interfaces and constructively challenge stakeholders
Customer-oriented, pro-active attitude, takes initiative, creates an achievement environment
Process-oriented mindset to manage complexity and changes
Good communication skills; ability to partner with and influence others without direct authority; build consensus and look for collaboration with people from different departments and all levels
