Inside Sales Representative
We are seeking a mission-driven and dynamic Inside Sales Representative join our office in Ra’anana, Israel to help us generate business in Europe and Asia by contacting them in multiple channels and communicating the company story. You will have a significant impact on our business by managing inbound and outbound leads and increasing our sales pipeline with excellent verbal and written skills allowing you to present our story, products and value to potential customers. This is a great starting point for entering the fast-growing cybersecurity market and start your career in sales and marketing.

Your Responsibilities:

As a sales development representative, you will be the first touch point with our customers. You will use email, phone and social media to reach out to potential customers and communicate the value of our solutions, aiming to generate a conversation with a sales representative. The position is targeted at Europe and Asia and requires early work hours (7:30-16:30).

In your role you will:

· Manage and rapidly respond to inbound leads who have reached out to the company on our website or at conferences and webinars, aiming to generate follow up conversations.
· Drive incremental sales and new business through effective and efficient lead qualification
· Proactively reach out to leads by means of phone, email, and social media, communicate our value proposition, generating interest and handing over to our sales team to close deals.
· Researching and qualifying opportunities via phone, email, web and dedicated databases
· Closely communicate/collaborate and align with Sales & Marketing teams, and provide feedback from the field
· Continuously work to improve the lead qualification process


· Excellent written and verbal English – Native level (Must)
· Ability to generate high quality sales conversations, high call volume, pipeline, and opportunities
· Tech savvy, able to quickly learn complex products and industries
· Proficient in Office, web searches and social media
· Assertive, persuasive, self-motivated and relentless
· Great organization and planning skills
· Collaborative, with the ability to work in a team environment
· Previous experience in outbound call centre, inside sales experience, or related sales experience is a plus
· Previous experience with Salesforce.com – an advantage
