Information Coordinator, Donor Recognition - Bilingual
 
The Information Coordinator is responsible for:

- maintenance of donor recognition information in the Salesforce database, including contracts, reports and correspondence; tracking, updating and editing records and reports
- generating reports and mining data from Salesforce
- researching historical information about donors
- editing donor project activity reports from faculty members
- translating short texts from Hebrew to English
- Coordinating special projects and production of donor recognition materials such as special reports, videos, brochures, photo albums, etc.

Requirements:

- undergraduate degree
- English at mother-tongue level a must, including writing and editing skills
- high level of Hebrew, both written and spoken
- minimum 3-5 years in administrative role, preferably in non-profit or academia
- strong research skills
- ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- go-getter, detail-oriented, creative
- strategic and analytical thinker
- service-oriented
- previous experience with CRM systems (especially Salesforce)—advantage
