What you will do:
Work closely with the VP of Global Customer Success supporting long-term strategic plan facilitation.
Work closely with the Customer Success Operations team to handle KPI’s and measurements.
Analyze data into actionable insights to support our Customer Success processes.
Develop and maintain data-driven dashboards for internal and external customers.
Help promote and publish the CS activities internally and externally in social media, professional forums, etc.
What you should have:
A third-year student of Industrial Engineering / Marketing / Communication or other related fields
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Knowledge in databases
Expertise in PowerPoint, and high proficiency in other MS Office tools (Word, Excel)
An expert of Social Media – LinkedIn, Facebook, Groups, forums.
Experience in video editing tools – An Advantage
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work at least 50 - 60% of job
