We are seeking an experienced ‘hands-on’ candidate with broad global background in marketing strategy to lead and manage go-to-market and content strategies to deliver The Company’s vision. You will join a dynamic, fast growing company and work with a team of experts. To be successful in this role, you must possess broad knowledge related to daily marketing activities, especially concerning ‘customer journey’. You will naturally enjoy a high-level of communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Lead and establish the marketing vision and strategy, to communicate it across and outside of the company.
Define modules of work alongside day-to-day activities, working closely with global PR agencies and managing social channels.
Work with Development /Product/ Research teams to provide required marketing support.
Engage closely with The Company’s advisory board and global stakeholders to create a state-of-the-art strategy.
Develop deep understanding of the buying audience by conducting market analysis, competitive analysis and other insight gathering techniques.
Ensure messaging, content and campaign strategies are centered around customer buying needs.
Partner with product and sales leaders to plan strategy roadshows customer events. Participate in professional conventions.
Provide leadership, direction and mentoring to guide marketing staff in their day-to-day activities.
Brief, guide and work closely with the Founder & Foundation Council President.

Requirements:

10+ years of proven work experience in Marketing & Strategy.
Hands-on team player. Business development approach
Proven experience in leading Marketing & Strategy units inside global companies.
Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
Management experience, including the ability to build and grow a team.
Ability to create value propositions and messaging strategies. Able to conduct market, competitor and customer research.
Ability to explore and map new market audiences and establish CXO relationships in financial markets.
Grow and deepen existing business relations and create new ones.
Innovative, critical thinker with strong writing, communication, and presentation skills.
Formal experience with managing budgets, direct reports and working teams.
Fluent English - written and verbal communication skills.

Advantages:

Experience in the financial sector, FinTech, digital banking.
Familiar with financial markets, family offices , banking systems and blockchain technology.
